We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who knows how to tell a story without saying a word. Someone who’s hungry, not just for the next project, but to make something that actually moves people. This role is rooted in social media, but it’s not limited to that.  You will also touch digital campaigns, branding, and the occasional print piece, so versatility is key. If you know how to make someone stop scrolling and build a brand with staying power, we’re already interested.  

We want someone who gives a damn, about the work, about the details, about the bigger picture. You should be  comfortable working in Adobe Creative Cloud, have a feel for motion design, and know how to take an idea and make it sing visually. If you’ve got a handle on Figma too, that’s a huge bonus!

You should also be confident enough to jump into the mix wherever you’re needed, whether it’s a print piece, logo, or a full-on branding project. No ego, just good instincts and a willingness to get your hands on the work.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead social-first design projects from start to finish
• Create content that feels fresh, sharp, and made for the moment
• Build out visual systems that are consistent but never boring
• Add motion when it makes sense, nothing over the top, just smart, intentional movement
• Pitch in on other design needs as they come, print, logos, branding, you name it
• Collaborate closely with creatives who care just as much as you do

What We’re Looking For:

• 3-7 years of design experience
• Strong portfolio that shows your range, especially for social media
• Fluent in Adobe Creative Cloud
• Some motion experience, enough to add energy and bring ideas to life
• A natural storyteller with a sharp eye and even sharper instincts
• Familiarity with Figma may seal the deal
• Driven, detail-oriented, and not afraid to get your hands dirty
• Comfortable wearing a few hats and stepping outside your lane when the work calls for it
