Position Overview
The Receptionist is the face of RedTag, responsible for managing the front desk, greeting clients and visitors, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities. This role combines administrative support with customer service to create an organized, welcoming, and professional environment. The Receptionist plays a key role in enhancing the efficiency of the office while contributing to the overall success of the agency.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Management (40%)
- Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Welcome clients, vendors, and guests, ensuring a positive first impression of RedTag.
- Manage the front desk area to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Office Operations (30%)
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including scheduling deliveries and shipments.
- Assist with office cleanliness and organization.
Administrative Support (20%)
- Schedule meetings and maintain conference room calendars.
- Assist agency teams with manual tasks such as assembling mailings or filing documents.
- Provide general support to leadership and staff as needed.
Customer Service (10%)
- Act as a liaison between clients and agency teams, ensuring seamless communication.
- Address inquiries and resolve minor issues with professionalism and efficiency.
Core Duties
- Daily Front Desk Operations:
Maintain a professional and friendly presence at the front desk, ensuring all guests and calls are handled efficiently. - Office Maintenance and Supplies:
Monitor and restock supplies, ensuring the office operates smoothly and efficiently. - Meeting Coordination:
Schedule and prepare conference rooms for internal and external meetings, including managing video conferencing tools. - Administrative Support:
Assist various teams with data entry, document preparation, and manual tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment.
