Project Manager Primary Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Coordination:
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of all projects/campaigns
- Manage the tasks, timelines, and resource requirements for all projects
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment with project goals and client objectives.
- Ensure project scope, deliverables and expectations are clearly identified
- Work alongside the Account Manager to receive outstanding information
Resource Allocation and Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with all internal departments to allocate resources efficiently and ensure team members are aligned with project objectives.
- Set project timelines and ensure they are being met and communicated with the Account Manager.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting effective communication and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate regular team meetings to review project status, address challenges, and ensure everyone is on track.
- Proactively notify the Account Manager of any changes in timelines or scope
Budget Management:
- Contribute to the creation of the initial project budget (alongside Sales or Account Manager)
- Ensure budget accurately reflects all expectations and deliverables
- Contribute to the creation of the initial Scope of Work (alongside Sales or Account Manager)
- Manage number of revisions, number of deliverables, deadlines to ensure on-time and under-budget delivery.
- Notify Account Manager of any work that extends beyond the agreed upon SOW
Quality Assurance:
- Conduct thorough reviews of project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and align with client expectations.
- Implement feedback loops and revisions as necessary to maintain high-quality work.
Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience in an agency setting
- Prior use of various project management systems such as JIRA, Monday.com, PTS
