Position Overview:
The Paid Search Specialist will lead the development, management, and optimization of our PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and other paid search platforms. This role demands an analytical mind to translate performance data into strategic insights that maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).

Core Duties:
- Oversee client PPC, SEM, and digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Utilize PPC software, GA4, and Google Ads Manager for data-driven decisions and strategic adjustments.
- Develop and deliver digital marketing strategies to drive measurable results.
- Conduct regular testing on ad creatives and landing pages.
- Collaborate with internal teams for cohesive, cross-platform campaign alignment.
- Provide mentorship and training within the team and maintain client relationships.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in digital media buying, PPC, retargeting, and display advertising.
- Proficiency in GA4, SEM software, and PPC tools to track and assess campaign performance.
- Strong sense of project ownership, from concept to implementation.
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Certifications in Google Ads and GA4 are preferred.
